Customer-supplied items are accepted at the customer’s own risk. Endless Stitch cannot guarantee results on garments or items that were not purchased through us, including but not limited to issues with fabric content, dye migration, scorching, shrinkage, adhesive failure, stitching damage, or other production-related concerns. If a customer-supplied item is damaged, rejected, misprinted, or otherwise does not produce the desired result, Endless Stitch is not responsible for replacing the item or reimbursing the customer for its value.
